About Me

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve supported thousands of clients through career transitions, identity shifts, and moments of “what’s next?”—always with a focus on building confidence and aligning careers with values. I’ve helped clients make bold moves without starting over or settling for less—from an opera singer turned accountant, to an international student landing a job at a Fortune 100 firm, to a client who negotiated a salary she once thought was out of reach.

I specialize in working with:

  • 🎓 Career changers ready for a new chapter

  • 🌍 International professionals breaking into the U.S. market

  • 💼 Emerging leaders ready to take up space and confidently step into their next role

In addition to my coaching, I’ve shared insights through media appearances including:

  • SiriusXM with host, Randi Zuckerberg – on healthy work relationships

  • LiveScience – video interview explaining the 16 MBTI personality types

  • SUCCESS magazine – contributor to “The Introvert’s Guide to Getting Hired”

  • MBAchic – on showing your employer the ROI of your MBA

But beyond the career stuff, I’m a proud South Jersey native who loves summer tomatoes, vintage shopping, and curling up with a good memoir. These everyday pleasures reflect what I believe about work, too: it should feel like an extension of who you are.  When we align your work with your strengths, values, and personality, you thrive.

If you’re spinning your wheels searching for a job or ready for something new but don’t know where to start—let’s talk. No vision is too big, too unconventional, or too late.
